NEWS LETTER December 2023
Happy Christmas everybody sorry about the labels again you would not be able to read Joys writing. This year we have not been on any cruises but we did fly to our favourite part of Spain Villacana near Estapona. Spending 3 weeks at Easter all the family came at different times but everyone had a week all together. We also met up with Ian and Shirley friends of many years .During the last 35 years we have had lots of happy family holidays at Villacana but this was our last time.
In June we went to the Lake District to meet John’s cousin Liz and Philip . And had two weekends away with Graham and Jill John’s other cousin.
The 12 Grandchildren are all doing well and healthy. Ages ranging from Lily 20 to Walter who is 3.
Lily is travelling to Bangkok in the new year and Walter is just growing.
All our children are fully employed. James has started his own business in conjunction with a local micro brewery doing events and on site catering.
We celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary held at James and Kelly’s house all the family attended 24 in all.
Unfortunately in April Joy was given the diagnosis of MSA rather than Parkinson’s it is a rare neurological disease diagnosed by a MRI scan. So John has become my carer and driver as I have had to give up driving.
Hope next year is better the world deserves peace.
